At Babylooms, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Have all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

 


 

How to Initiate a Return

We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


 

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Place a new order after the return is accepted


 

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds. All approved returns are eligible for store credit or product exchange only.
